He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Renee Long and Michael Robin Long. He is survived by: his sons, Brett Spahr and Jason Fluke; his uncle Rick Queen; and his aunts, Penny Lefler, Tammy Hill and Elaine Potts. He is also survived by his Mom, Dad and brothers.
