He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Putnam and Nettie Watts Putnam; and his brother Thomas Harold Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Holshouser Putnam; his children, Steven William Putnam and Lisa Putnam Beaver (Billy); his grandsons, Jesse Beaver (Teaya) and Clint Beaver (Carie); his great grandchild Lawson Jay Beaver; and his sisters, Doris Lewis and Sarah Young.
