He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mann and Beatrice Bowles Mann. He is survived by: his wife Linda Helms Mann; his children, Debbie Purcell, Billy Mann (Cindy) and Dale Mann (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Phillip Wayne Mann (Christina), Carla Chavis (Jason), Adam Mann (Rosanna), Ben Mann (Alicia) and Lea Shumaker (Tanner); his great grandchildren, Christian Lantzy, Mason Mann and Raelynn Mann; and his grandchildren, Tristan Hayes and Savannah Sale.
