It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Sue Ingram Martin (Rockwell, North Carolina), born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses "Pete" and Luceile Samuels Ingram; her son Jan Gray Hinshaw, Jr.; and her sister Judy Sullivan. She is survived by: her former husband Jan Gray Hinshaw; her husband Stephen Sumner Martin; her daughters, Marla Ann Hinshaw Harwell (Troy) of Kannapolis, Leah Kathleen Martin and Kellie Evans of Rockhill, SC; her grandchildren, Stephen Roy Oxendine, Troy Lee Harwell, II, Johnathan Dow Hinshaw, Samantha Nelson and Olivia Nelson; her sister Melissa Alford (Bill) of Oak Island; and her nieces, Margaret Brannon and Katie Alford. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Tucker Hospice House.
