It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert Vance Goodman of Rockwell, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Goodman and Bertie Miller Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Vera Mae Heilig Goodman; his sons, Hubert "Randy" Goodman (Nancy B.) of Rockwell and Rodney Mack Goodman, Sr. of Rockwell; his grandchildren, Stacey Davis, Samantha Marie Goodman, Thomas Edward Hartman (Stacie) and Rodney Mack Goodman, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Gray, Avery, Nataley, Madison, Kayley, Jonathan, Peyton and Brantley; and his siblings, Dorothy Honeycutt, Christine Culp, Bobby Ray Goodman (Clara), Carl Eugene "Smokey" Goodman (Pat) and Floyd Goodman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
