He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Isenhour and Elma Cauble Isenhour; and his sister Mary I. Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cain; his sons, Charles H. Isenhour, Sr. and David C. Isenhour (Karen); his grandchildren, Charlie H. Isenhour, Jr., Tiffany Isenhour and Charlotte I. Basinger (Brad); his great grandchildren, Jackson Moon, Caroline and Michael Basinger; and his sister Ann I. Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
