It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Taylor of Rockwell, North Carolina, born in Winona, Mississippi, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Diana Minyard Taylor; his sons, Clifton Taylor (Tanya) of Concord, Clayton Taylor (Brie) of Concord and Clinton Taylor (Meredith) of Concord; his grandchildren, Cayden, Maylin Taylor, Layla Taylor, Cheyenne and Connor Taylor; and his brother Leon Taylor (Sharon) of Brandon, MS.
