She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Tutterow and Julia Baker Tutterow Lambert; her brother Roger Dale Tutterow; her nephew Micheal Tutterow; and her stepfather Noah Lambert.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Welch; her children, Tony Morton (Jennifer), Jeremy Morton (Heather) and Trina Morton (Marvin Bowers); her siblings, Randy Tutterow, Tim Tutterow, Hilda Smith (Jay) and Kathy Almond (Gary); and her stepsiblings, Jimmy Lamber and Jan Lambert. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
