He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Lee Farley Mullinax; and his brothers, Johnny Mullinax and Marvin Mullinax. He is survived by: his children, Kayla Rutkosky of Almond, NC and Seth; his daughter-in-law Shae Mullinax of Robbinsville, NC; his grandchildren, Wake Mullinax, Harper Rutkosky, Hollyn Rutkosky and Jax Mullinax; his brother David; and his sisters-in-law, Colleen Mullinax of Robbinsville, NC, Wanda Mullinax of Maryville, TN and Lois Mullinax of Robbinsville, NC..
