He is survived by: his wife Emmer Dean Orr Satterfield; and his children, David Satterfield of Robbinsville, NC, Ike Satterfield of Robbinsville, NC, Pat Satterfield of Robbinsville, NC, Adam Satterfield of Brookhaven, MS, Brenda Adams of Robbinsville, NC and Anna Kephart of Murphy, NC. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 21 great great grandchildren.
