He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Phillips and Laura Mae Phillips; and his brother-in-law Butch Collins. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Kayla Adams and KaSondra Lovelace; his grandchildren, Kolbi, Haylen, Jensen, Mkinzey, Robert Lee and Ashley; and his siblings, Amy Collins, DeeDee Phillips (Jerry) and Kenny Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
