He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Anthony and Irene Marie Lambert Howe; his wife Alice Howe; his brother Ron Howe; and his granddaughter Jennifer Meyers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Vandeventer of Charles City, IA and Cynthia Lee Howe of Milford, TX; and his grandchildren, Richard Toolate, Danielle Springer (Brian), Amy Troge (Rick) and Elizabeth Meyers. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
