He is survived by: his wife Shirley Butler Skinner; his children, Rhonda Skinner Baker and Warren Skinner (Joanne); his granddaughter Kristie Trembulak (Jay); his great grandchildren, Johanna, Laney, Stephanie Saylor (Drew), Cullen, Kyle and Lauren Cosgrave (Sean); and also, Lily, Nora, Claire and Courtney Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
