She is survived by: her children, Larry "Root" Simmons (Susan) and Crystal Harp (David); her grandchildren, Ridge Simmons (Ashlynn), Lauren Shapiro (Joe), Andrew Hardin, Kandance Tredway (Josh), Tara Simmons, Bryce Simmons, Skye Simmons and Shelby Newsome; and her great grandchildren, Weller Shapiro, Solomon Shapiro, Lawson Simmons, Elizabeth Hardin and Sera Tredway (Ronald Blanton).
