He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Smith; his father Nelson Smith (Helen Herr) of Brownsville, TX; his sons, Alex Sinka (Brittany) and Andrew Sinka (Julianna); his grandchildren, Annabelle, Benjamin and Ember Sinka; his sisters, Kelly Smith of Defiance, Staci Kaufman of Defiance, Jody Smith (Kevin) of Defiance and Lisa Gruebel (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Colleen Fockler (Tyler), Kacie Postema (Tom) and Ryan Gruebel.
