It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Noah Joyner Jr. (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), born in Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Joyner and Emily Pate Joyner; and his siblings, Leonard (Red), Dennis (DJ), Paul, Wilbur, Velna (Velma), Mamie, Laura Mae and Katie.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Ann Timberlake (Steve), Renee Rouse (Doug), Lori (Jane) and Michael Joyner; his grandchildren, Chris (Holly), Stephanie, Jeremy (Lynn), Morgan, Hillary and Noah Samuel (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Eli, Emmerson, Josephine, Camden and Aela. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requests consideration of a memorial donation to Veteran and Military service organizations that support service members and their families.
