It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Elizabeth Carawan (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), born in Lowland, North Carolina, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Carawan and Clinton Carawan; her siblings, Harold Carawan (Aleane Myrick Carawan), Gold Dean Carawan and Harriet Carawan Johnson (Paul T. Johnson Sr.); and her brothers-in-law, Cecil Arthur Sr. and Nick Seta, Sr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Louella Carawan Arthur of Roanoke Rapids and Beulah Carol Carawan Seta of Roanoke Rapids; and her sister-in-law Myrt Jordan Carawan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
