He is survived by: his sons, Marshall Lee Shearin, Jr. (Mary) of Virginia Beach, VA, Christopher Lawrence Shearin (Mary) of Essex Falls, NJ, Peter Andrew Shearin and Nicholas Shearin (Mary Tiffany) of Norlina; and his sisters, Dawn Wray (Phillip) of Weldon and Debbie Sanders (Wayne) of Littleton.
