Lois Beatty Mizell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Beatty Mizell (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), who passed away on September 8, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest William and Fannie Phillips Beatty; and her siblings, Edna Delatte, Emma Ruth Brewer and Buck Beatty.
She is survived by: her husband James "Frankie" Mizell; her daughters, Angie Spence (Dean) and Penney Mizell-Brooks (Byron); her grandchildren, Daniel Spence (Nikie), Jacob Spence (Amanda), Nicholaus Brooks and Max Brooks; her great grandchild Noah Denton; her sister Joyce Tomlin; her nieces, Sherry High, Carrie Holland and Ginger Beatty; and also Shannon Bradley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to Liberty Commons Activity Department, 101 Caroline Ave. Weldon, NC 27890.
