He is survived by: his parents, Randy Alvin Lee and Tammy Keeter Lee (Chris Godsey); his grandmother Marie Keeter; his cousin Justin Medlin; his aunts and uncles, Ken (Teresa Keeter), Cheryl (Edmond Dixon), Ricky Lee and Ann Nicholson; and his cousins, Brooke Hlavsa (Bruce), Jessica Lee, Ricky Lee, Jr., Jacob Dixon (Kendall), David Dixon (Chelsea), Thomas, Melissa Dixon, Ashlee Thompson (David), Morgan Powell (Jordan) and Dillon Keeter. He is also survived by other cousins and extended family.
