She is survived by: her daughters, Minnie Boyd of Roanoke Rapids, Ruby Averette of Oxford, NC and Sandra Felts of Roanoke Rapids; her sisters, Nancy Marshall of Danville, VA and Virginia Burnett of Danville, VA; her grandchildren, Tammy Boyd Brackin and Brandon Stansbury; her great grandchild A. J. Brackin; and her close friend Verla Jenkins.
