He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Macon and Betty Ruth Macon. He is survived by: his children, Steven Macon (Shauna) of Raleigh, NC., Fontay Macon of Raleigh, NC. and Martrice Macon of Raleigh, NC.; his close friend Helen Mallory; his siblings, Gwendolyn Robinson, Doretha Hunter, Lorraine Macon and Elbert Macon (Flodine); and also, Ritchie Mallory (Tonia) and Andre Mallory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
