He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Stallings and Florine Williams Stallings; his daughter Amy Elizabeth Stallings; his siblings, Edwin Stallings and Lydia Hale; and his brother-in-law Winfield Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rose Stallings; his son Michael Brent Stallings (Winnie Mc Peace); his grandchildren, Mandy S. Glover of Corey James, Travis Dale Stallings, Trevor Ivan Stallings and Trenton Alexander Stallings; his great grandchildren, Kristopher Imery Glover, Aniya Michelle Glover and Noah Gray Stallings; his siblings, Robert Stallings and Patsy Lucas; and his brothers-in-law, James Rose and Gurney Rose (Shirley Rose). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
