She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee and Effie May Norwood; and her husband Thomas Elwood Medlin. She is survived by: her children, Donna M. Draper of Roanoke Rapids, Teresa M. Barrett (Mike) of Pleasant Garden, Lynn Medlin (Debbie) of Roanoke Rapids and Glenn Medlin (Deborah) of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Jeremy Draper (Jill), Dionna Manning (Tom), Shannon Parrish (Josh), Shelley Tobin (Chad), Blake Medlin (Lauren), Ashley Medlin (Wesley), Winborne Medlin (Zane), Kristi McConnell (Eddie), Lori Williams (John) and David Cooke (Lindsey); and her sister-in-law Tivie Medlin. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
