With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Farmer Bailey of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2022 at the age of 80. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie B. Kerr (James) of Roanoke Rapids; her grandsons, Jordan and Spenser Hargrove; her sisters, Carolyn Ashby of Roanoke Rapids and Ann Harris (Alonza) of Roanoke Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Goody King of Roanoke Rapids and Paula Emerick (Ron) of Canonsburg, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
