He is survived by: his stepdaughter Stacie Julian; his wife Patricia Caldwell; his children, Wayne Caldwell, II (Glenna), Bill Caldwell, II (Teresa) and Kim Canady; his grandchildren, Holden Caldwell, Gavin Caldwell, William Caldwell, III, Shelby Hamlett, Jordan Lamberth (Charli), Kara McArthur (Caleb), Ashlie Julian and Matthew Julian; and his great grandchildren, Tilly Lamberth and Ember McArthur.
