She was predeceased by: her father Richard Dale Moore Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Samantha Connolly (Kevin) and Seth Terrell; her stepson Zachary Gardiner (Kristen); her grandchildren, Audrey Terrell, Silas Terrell, Layke Connolly and Asher Connolly; her mother Barbara Markham Styons; her siblings, Dale Moore Jr., Wade Styons (Jennifer), Dustin Styons (Andrea), Leanne Slack and Mandy Meeks; and her pets, Pistol Pete and Sasha.
The family requests NO FLOWERS, but at her request, please make memorial contributions to Bible Baptist Church, 1213 Boyd Road, Reidsville, NC 27320 for Missionary work.
