He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Fulcher; and his mother-in-law Jeanette Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Fulcher; his wife Sally Fulcher; his children, Mason Fulcher (Hannah) and Catherine Fulcher (Tyler); his brother Jeff Fulcher; his siblings-in-law, Hope Dyer (Mark) and Hughie Wright (Melissa); his nieces, Betsy Ashley, Sarah Rogers and Charlotte Dyer; his nephew Justin Fulcher; his great-nieces, Emmy Jane and Emersyn; his great-nephew Lincoln; and his godson Clint Holcomb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church at 221 S Main St, Reidsville, NC 27320.
