She is survived by: her caregiver Mark Pruitt; her sons, Jack Cannon III (Amanda) and Brandon Cannon; her grandchildren, Jack Edward, Brodey, Jase and Joanna; her siblings, Melissa Benfield, Darryl Benfield and Gary Benfield (Susan); and her caregiver Mary "Frances" Holmes.
