She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Doris Smith; her husband Archie Worley; and her brother Bobby Smith. She is survived by: her son Jon Worley (Heather); her stepsons, Dennis Worley (Frances), Jeffrey Worley (Vonda) and Greg Worley (Judy); her grandchildren, Bryson Worley, Katie Green, Abbie Green, Jennifer Kearns (Eugene), Heather Hylton (Mark), Jake Worley (Brooke), Madison Worley, Lauren Ortiz (Matias) and Brittany Worley; her great grandchildren, Carson, Calier, Levi, Evan, Caleb, Hunter, Cora, Kaitlin and Bentley; and her sister Sandra Bolden (David). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
