She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Rivers Upchurch Sr. (Rivers); her children, Gilbert Rivers Upchurch, Jr. (Nancy) of Gainesville, FL and Eugenia Anne Upchurch (Gina) of Durham; and her grandsons, Gilbert Rivers Upchurch, III of Beckley, WV, Malcolm Walker Upchurch of Charlottesville, VA and Joseph Hartwell Upchurch of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
