He is survived by: his wife Betty Robertson Citty; his children, Russell L. "Rusty" Citty (Brenda) of Reidsville and Tina Citty Moore (Dan) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Jonathan C. Citty (Emily) of Raleigh, Benjamin C. Moore (Mary Katherine) of Winston Salem and Meredith Citty Barger (Nathan) of Graham; his great grandchild Sims Moore; his brother Hugh E. Citty (Margaret) of Eden; his nephew Bruce Citty, Jr.; and his great-nephew Robbie Citty. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
