He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Howard and Susie Barker Revis; and his siblings, Walter, Clyde Revis, Dorothy Terry, Annie Lynch, Elsie Lee and Mable Gibson.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore Revis; his son Jamie Revis of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Taylor Paige Revis and Cameron Payne (Chase); and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Rayn, Scarlett and June.
