He is survived by: his close friend Alice Romaniak; his son Robert Lowell (Patricia) of East Brookfield, MA; and his siblings, Gayle Anthony Lowell (Nancy McLean) of Narragansett, RI, Gary Mark Lowell (Niki) of Honolulu, HI and Gay Ann Forbes of Lee, MA. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
