He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Satterfield and Mildred Isabelle Lough Satterfield; and his sister Elizabeth Graves Satterfield Walker. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Jeffress Satterfield; his children, John Irvin Satterfield (Jennifer), Tammy Satterfield Scott (Lea) and Kimberly Satterfield Jones (Ronnie); his grandsons, Benjamin Satterfield and Irvin; and his siblings, Bobby Satterfield, Mary Kiser Mise (Kay) and Jack Satterfield.
