He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Duke and Chattie Marie O'Neal Apple; his siblings, Eddie Apple and Donna D'Amore; and his grandson Jax Apple.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Apple; his children, Neil Apple (Caroline), Jeremy Apple (Heather), Christina Campbell, Malik Fultz (Brianna Ryan) and Hannah Lowe (Brianna Collins); his grandchild Axl Apple; his sister-in-law Shirley Apple; and his pets, Goldie, Buddy, Kimba and Terror.
