He was predeceased by: his parents, Leff Parsons and Thelma Parsons; his stepmother Vetrice Parsons; and his siblings, Cora Sue Wagoner, Leff "Punk" Parsons Jr., Jimmy Parsons, Tommy Parsons, Jerry Parsons and Glenn Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster Parsons; his children, Regina Wagoner of Mooresville, NC, Whitney Parsons of Charlotte, NC, Mark Parsons (Lori) of Wilkesboro and Todd Parsons (Julia) of Cornelius, NC; his grandchildren, Emma Parsons, Foster Wagoner, Gray Wagoner and Zachary Parsons; his siblings, Judy Kay Parsons (Wilkesboro), Carolyn Clark (Ewel) of Winston-Salem and Jack Parsons; and his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Parsons of Winston-Salem and Debra Parsons of Charlottesville, VA.. He is also survived by his friends, and most of all by his family.
