He is survived by: his spouse Peggy Bolick Carroll; his siblings, Joe Carroll of Pleasant Garden, NC and Judy Carroll Loflin of Denton, NC; his children, Dale Carroll (Cindy) of Asheville, Todd Carroll (Lori) of Clayton, Delette Carroll Jarnagin (Willie) of Goldsboro and Susan Carroll Basden (Greg) of Denver, NC; his grandchildren, Billy Carroll II, Landon Carroll, Lewis Carroll, Courtney Lane, Davis Carroll, Jes Jarnagin, Major J. Brooks Jarnagin, Lindsay Reeves and Sydney Basden; his great grandchildren, Hailey Carroll, Peyton Carroll, Avery Carroll, Kaylyn Lane, Cole Lane, Jax Lane and Isabelle Reeves; and his children, Wayne Shrine Club, Boy Scout and Providence Church Road.
