He is survived by: his children, Carlos Lynn, Marvin Scurlock and Marquita Lynn; his siblings, Gladys Alston, Joan Dark (Glenn), Dwight "Big Jake" Lynn and Anthony "Kool Breeze" Lynn (Teresa); his aunts, Grace Baldwin, Maxine Horton and Betty Horton; and his uncle Floyd W. Horton Sr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
