He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Peter Fassinger and Rita McDonald Fassinger; and his brother Bobby Fassinger. He is survived by: his wife Kathi Fassinger; his daughter Brenna Dietrich (Eric) of Pittsboro; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Preston and Paisleigh; and his brothers, David Fassinger (Kathy) of Pennsylvania, Dan Fassinger (Denise) of Pennsylvania, Brian Fassinger (Mary Anne) of Pennsylvania, Marty Fassinger (Rita) of Arizona and Tommy Fassinger of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
