He is survived by: his parents, Robert Marion Springle and Barbara Carlyle Springle; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Brown Springle; his children, Brittany Springle Heath (Jordan) of Kenansville, NC, Robert Springle (Brooke) of Chapel Hill, Michael Springle of White Cross and Lane Springle of Pittsboro; and his sister Teresa Orander (Bill) of Raleigh. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
