Elizabeth McCoy Mason Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2022, at the age of 94, Elizabeth McCoy Mason of Pittsboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Garland Prescott McCoy; her husband Brodie Lee Mason, Jr.; her son Ronnie Lee Mason; and her brother Billy Sanford McCoy. She is survived by: her daughter Patt Sturdivant (Terry); her grandchildren, Ashley Whitaker (Kain), Blaine Sturdivant (Elizabeth), Leslie Branch (Bennett), Brittany Phillips (Tanner), Taylor Mason and Parker Mason; her daughter-in-law Jessica Mason; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Paisley Whitaker, Colby, Natalie Sturdivant and Rhett Phillips; and her goddaughter Janet Fearrington. She is also survived by several special friends and family.
A faithful member of Bells Baptist Church for 90 years until she moved to Twin Rivers when she then attended Pittsboro Baptist Church until the pandemic started.
