He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Patton Kelly, Jr. and Sara Margaret Kelly; his wife Linda Starkweather; his children, Josh Kelly (Becky Brown) and Zoe Kelly (Mario Olmos); his stepchildren, Sampson Starkweather (Paige Taggart) and Emily (Scott Tinervin); his granddaughters, Ryan and Emery Tinervin; his foster son Luis (Megan Bautista); his siblings, Pat Kelly and Mary Rogers; and also, Katelyn and Alexis Bautista. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
