He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Oakley; his sister Lollie Elizabeth "Beth" Oakley; and his son Timothy Heath Oakley. He is survived by: his mother Ann Hatley Oakley of Chapel Hill, NC.; his wife Tonya Heath Oakley; and his sons, Christopher and Daniel.
