He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leon Lambert and Rose Lambert; his mother Ernestine Marie Wellman Tubbs; his daughters, Denise Marie Lambert and Michelle Jeannine Carter; and his sister Kathleen Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wives, Marie Kazmierczak and Marie Lambert; his daughters, Renee Nicole Nance and Simone Monique Rice; his grandchildren, Shawn, Steven, Kelly Carter, Samantha Rice, Sarah Rice and Caroline Nance; his great grandchildren, Bentley Bowman, Arianna, Mackenzie and Madeline Carter; and his siblings, Eugene Kelsey, Ramona Adolfsen, Sandra Hoag, Richard Wellman, Owen Timothy Wellman, George Wellman, Deforest Wellman, Delma Wellman, James Wellman, Lucilla Pendleton, Neal Wellman and Alice Balogh.
