Locklear (Michelle Ferns) of Durham, NC and Kris L McMillan (Randall McMillan) of Rowland, NC; his siblings, Rita L. Burrow of Murietta, CA, Telford Locklear, Elmer Locklear, Clifford Locklear of Maxton, NC and Sandra L. Sparks of Rowland, NC; his grandchildren, Kelsea, Mearle III, Kendric, Chandler, Kaden, Colin, Carson and JoElla; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Addison.
