She is survived by: her children, Phillip Henderson (Megan), William Henderson (Victoria) and Mary Oxendine (Chalmis); her siblings, Elanor Locklear, Wanda Ellison, Ralph Slate and Micheal Slate; her grandchildren, Sequoria Oxendine, Caroline Oxendine, Princess Henderson, Noah Henderson, Dominic Henderson, Kaden Oxendine, Kaleb Oxendine, Brycen Oxendine and Alek Henderson; and her nephew Nikolas Ellison.
