She is survived by: her children, Joseph Bert Sampson (Jenna) and Ginger Jor-Dan Sampson; her daughter-in-law Annette Hunt Sampson; her siblings, Lois Brooks, Callie Mae Oxendine, Marylin Deese, Simeon Deese, Samuel Deese, Steve Deese and Bill Deese; her granddaughters, Jaleigh Jor-Dan Strickland and Journei Berkley-Ann Sampson; and her friends, Genett Locklear and Genell Lowery. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
