He is survived by: his wife Marilynn Walker Blaine; his daughters, Alison Blaine Ricciardi (Anthony) and Beth Blaine; his stepdaughter Sherry Walker; his grandchildren, Anthony, Brittany and Brandyn; his siblings, Mark Blaine (Charmaine), Lenny Romm (Ellen), Philip Romm (Stephanie) and Randi Bezalel (Moshe); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Ali, Samantha, Matthew, Brian and David.
