She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Mazura (Robert); her daughters-in-law, Sandy Urban and Carol Urban; her sisters-in-law, Jenny Wojcik and Grace Wojcik; her grandchildren, Donna (Rich Hernandez) and Drew Mazura (Cherylynn); and her great grandchildren, Devin, Adam Glinsky, Deanna, Erica Hernandez, Tyler and Ayden Mazura.
